Shipping and Returns
Orders placed with The Japanese Paper Place (The JPP) are generally shipped using UPS Standard Ground Service within North America and by UPS Expedited Air Shipment overseas. Orders can be shipped using the recipient’s preferred provider, or on the recipient’s account, by arrangement with your representative at The JPP. Please note, that if you choose your own shipper, materials and handling fees will be charged, and The JPP will no longer be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept returns on any purchases, except in the case of error (our own, only), or damage caused during shipping. Shipping-related costs to countries outside the US and Canada, which may include import fees, taxes, customs, duties, etc., imposed by the government of the destination country, are the responsibility of the account holder.
