Made by a skilled papermaker in Oguni Village in the beautiful prefecture of Niigata. Chiri means 'leftover' and refers to the bits of dark outer bark from the kozo plant that give this paper its distinctive, decorative flecks. Good for painting, drawing, relief printing or silkscreen.
