Intended for sumi drawing/painting, this thick, blue-black ink is made from pine soot and synthetic resin binders. It is highly concentrated and formulated to be thinned with water. As is to be expected with such a high quality ink, the transparency and range of tones increase from pure black to the palest grey as the ink is diluted.
