Am I a retail customer or a wholesale customer?
To open a wholesale account, we require that you be a reseller of our product. We do not typically offer wholesale accounts to artists, or other end users. If you are a manufacturer, please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Please complete the wholesale account application form if you have not already done so.
To place your order, log in to your online account and select the items you wish to purchase.
What are your minimum order quantities for wholesale?
Our Wholesale Order Minimums are as follows:
For North America: Minimum opening order $750; minimum re-order $200.
For International: Minimum opening order $1000; minimum re-order $300.
Help! I’m looking for a specific paper and not able to find it on your site.
Naming conventions vary from paper studios and manufacturers, so we may have the paper you’re looking for, it just has a different name. Please contact us with the details and we will do our best to assist with your specific paper needs.
Can I order samples of your papers?
Yes! If there are specific papers you are interested in, we can sell you samples, so that you can feel the papers and get a proper sense of their colour, weight and characteristics. Our full catalogue is available online for detailed information and high quality images of our extensive selection of Japanese papers.
I would love to carry your papers! Can I become a reseller?

How do I share my wishlist?
There are two ways to share your wishlist.

By selecting create a wishlist from the "Add to Wishlist" dropown on the product page and then selecting the share option.

By accessing your wishlists from the menu at the top of your account page. There you can select to share the wishlist.
When you select to share your wishlist a shareable link will be create you can send. If you have any questions about sharing your wishlist contact us we will be happy to guide you through the process.
