Artist Resource Centre

We are passionate about introducing fine Japanese papers to artists.  To that end, in addition to creating artist user guides for washi available online, we have created a space at our warehouse specifically to showcase these papers and works that have been made with them.

This Artist Resource Centre is open by appointment for printmakers, painters, drawers, sculptors, bookbinders: any artist eager to know more about the special characteristics of quality washi and to select papers appropriate to a particular use.

Art and conservation paper consultation by appointment.

Make an appointment for special help to choose the right paper for your art - 20 minutes of dedicated time with a special advisor.

See our vast collection of art on washi! We welcome art groups and artists' students too. Schedule a visit with us for information and inspiration.

We have hundreds of fine papers with subtle differences: we can help you choose the best paper for your needs.
